Job Description

Parametric is looking for an Investment Strategy Manager to lead the Investment Strategy team in India. The manager will create a supportive work environment for employees at all levels, ensuring timely and accurate client deliverables.

Responsibilities

Maintain subject matter expertise for work on the team and set best practices.
Build and motivate a high-performing team.
Develop and provide ongoing training for team members.
Design, build, and maintain reports and dashboards for efficient work management.
Collaborate with leadership across geographies to enhance work efforts.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
9+ years of relevant experience.
Strong leadership/management experience.
Intermediate to Advanced Excel knowledge.
Excellent organizational and communication skills.
Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
Ability to work in a team environment and drive results.
