Job Description

This position involves taking precise measurements to determine property boundaries and provide data for construction projects.

Responsibilities

Proficient in using Total Station for readings, levels, and measurements
Earthwork/Volume Survey and working with CAD drawings
Report preparation in Excel and coordinate extraction
Setup layout plans and demarcation on-site
Stakeout of large projects and digitization of physical features
Regular checking of survey control points, records, alignment, layout, centerline marking, and more

Qualifications

Graduate/Diploma from a recognized institute
5-7 years of experience in building face marking, total station, and level instruments
Minimum 5 years of experience in residential buildings preferred
